who we are
We are two ladies, athletes, coaches, mental toughness coaches, moms,
and a whole lot more!
Simply stated, OneSevenEleven are our lucky numbers.
Yara Tarek and Gigi Abuhamdeh. Each has been a successful athlete in their sport. Yara an Artistic Swimmer. Gigi a Tennis Player.
Later in our careers, we coached younger athletes in the sports we love.
We have established OneSevenEleven to help athletes develop and improve their mental skills. We work with them through the process of reaching their full potential. We coach them on how to become focused, be in control, confident, resilient, deal with pressure, and much more. We designed a creative process that inspires athletes to maximize their personal and professional potential.
OneSevenEleven also collaborates with coaches and parents to understand, deal with, and develop skills to benefit the athlete.
Remember, just like it takes a village to raise a child,

When the magical triangle ATHELETE, PARENT and COACH are mentally ready to face the challenges together, the journey becomes less tougher and more enthusistic.
Our passion is to be part of that journey and help making a differene in an athlete’ sports life.
We wish to spread the awareness of the importance of mental toughness coaching through all sports to help more athletes achieve their own sports goals.
